Masks can not hurt us, but otherwise it can help support us. Some studies have shown that the use of masks can help prevent the flu. The use of masks and antiseptic hand washing is confirmed significantly reduce the amount of spread of flu and flu-like.

People living in crowded dormitories - as college dormitories, nursing home or military barracks - are at high risk of influenza infection because they are more likely to come into contact with many people infected with the flu.

Flu viruses move through the air in droplets when an infected person coughs, sneezes or talks. You can inhale the droplets directly, or you can hand infection from germs shared objects such as desk phone, doorknob or computer keyboard .. and then you will be infected if your hand touching your eyes, nose or mouth.

Masks may help prevent bacteria in the air, and it can also prevent the spread of bacteria from the hands to the mouth or your nose. However, the best way to prevent the flu is flu vaccinations.
